1. Product Overview

Button mushrooms are grown on a casing layer and release substantial CO2 and heat during cropping, while bed surfaces are prone to temperature and humidity stratification. This model combines a high-efficiency heat-exchange fresh-air module with inter-tier directional ducting to keep air, temperature and humidity uniform and eliminate dead corners.

4. System Configuration

Standard configuration: Sensible heat-exchange fresh-air unit, refrigeration unit, inter-tier air ducts, casing bed racks, corrosion-resistant lining, humidification system, drainage and washdown system, and an intelligent control cabinet.

Enclosure and integration: 12000 x 2438 x 2896 mm (40 ft ISO container); racks: 4-tier stainless steel growing racks with adjustable shelf pitch; control: PLC with touch panel and remote monitoring; one-touch recipe switching.

5. Suitable Species

Primary species: Button Mushroom (Agaricus bisporus). Cultivation method: composted substrate with a casing layer. Compost fermentation and casing preparation happen outside the container; plan a fermentation tunnel and casing storage area alongside.

6. Application Scenarios

Industrial button mushroom bases, edible-fungus industrial parks, and circular-agriculture projects. This is the Standard configuration; The best balance of output and investment; the mainstream production configuration.

7. Delivery & Installation

• Factory: the enclosure, refrigeration unit, piping and electrical systems are assembled and bench-tested in our factory, followed by a 72-hour continuous operation test, with a test record supplied with the shipment.

• Transport: the enclosure matches standard ISO container dimensions and can be shipped as ordinary container cargo under FOB, CIF or DAP terms.

• On site: our engineers or authorised partners provide positioning guidance, utility connection, commissioning and operator training, normally within 4 working days.

• Deliverables: the complete unit, printed and electronic bilingual operation manuals, a PLC programme backup, crop parameter recipes, and the factory test report.

8. After-Sales Service

• Warranty: 12 months on the complete unit from acceptance, with optional extended coverage for the core refrigeration unit and control system.

• Response: repairs acknowledged within 24 hours on business days, with a solution proposed within 72 hours for critical faults.

• Remote operations: remote diagnostics, recipe and parameter upgrades, data dashboards and energy analysis (standard on the Smart Flagship configuration, optional on the others).

• Spare parts and upgrades: long-term supply of genuine parts, filters and consumables, plus control-system and technology upgrades.
